You will be ignored when claiming!

I have been contacting the company for a claim and they have outright ignored me. I have sent about 4 emails and I only get the automated emails back and never hear from them again. The sad part is that I have been paying premiums with no hustle. I now have to cancel the policy due to this poor service without getting my claim.
