YOU PAY FOR HOME INSURANCE HOWEVER NO ASSISTANCE WHEN YOU HAVE TO PUT IN A CLAIM.

Since November 2021, I have phoned more than 15 times, my daughter phoned another 5 times or so, we sent several emails and still we cannot put in a claim for Home Insurance due to no response from Iwyze. I cannot understand why nobody answer e-mails when you advise to put in a insurance claim. When you call the landline nobody can assist and they advise to send e-mail. Why do we insurance if we do not get any response.
