You must be in danger to claim

iWyze - Fine-print is so well written: If you have a housebreak and nothing was damaged due to a good planning of the culprits. If you are asleep you were not threatened with burglars in your house, so it is not a *******. Nothing was broken, so it was not a theft - yet everything went missing.

So as long as we are fine, asleep and nothing is broken, if the items in your house miraculously disappear, you cannot claim for them.

We had a break-in at our place on the 25th Feb 2016, and after speaking to the call centre, they logged my claim. 1 week later I called for a follow-up, and was told that they would like to get some pictures of the scene - now why could they not ask for this in the first place?

If this did not upset me already - to wait a week and no progress - the guy then emailed me back and say their system cannot open JPG image files, I need to PDF them - What systems are they using?

Today is the 15th March, almost 3 weeks later, and I have not received any formal response on my claim outcome.

I am shocked to be with an insurer that does not have compassion that whilst one is sleeping, there are ******s in the house, and it is OK, as long as they are clever!
Thanks
