wrong information on policy just to get sales

i called Old Mutual Iwyze yesterday 27/6/2024, wanting to get home contents and structural insurance, then sales consultant gave me a good price which i agreed and took it, but when i looked at the policy documents the value of property is wrong, the access is wrong, very different as from what i agreed upon in the telephonic conversation. I very upset as i was **** to just to get the sale, i called Iwyze on 28/6/2024 and spoke to Nomsa customer service who told me she will escalate the matter to her team leader been 10 hours and i still did not get a call, very poor service
