Written off rejected claim

I was involved in a car accident because i suspected hajacking i was driving at 70km/h at a 60km/h zone and i indicated on a case statement from the police station, the guy who was an assesor his name i Narduf Roos was asking stupid question that has nothing to do with the cause of the accident they asked documents one by one, if there was nothing wrong on those documents they would ask for another one to look if there is anything they will use against me they even asked for bank statements for all my bank accounts and call movement from cell c i sent all those documents they found nothing wrong, he even **** to me and said that was a 40km/h zone while on the triplogs it shows 60km/h speed limit, they wrote off my car and now they don't want to pay, i blocked everything that has to do with iwyze and their premiums nextweek i'm going to send my complain on daily news or any weekley news paper i'm not going to complain on Ombudsman becauese they take sides. So be carefull before you join this **** insurance
