WRITE OFF
I want to know how long does write off process take, its been more than 2 months waiting. you are inconveniencing me, I have to use more money on taxis everyday. I don't have a car, but you still billing every month. Am not happy at all. I use my own airtime to call everyday, to be told that you are working on my claim, but nothing is progressing on the claim.
