These guys, accepted to insure my vehicle. I told them I use a foreign licence and they were fine with that. When I requested for a border letter for my finance company, their underwriter declined, stating that my licence is invalid, as according to them, I should convert my licence within 1 year of attaining Permanent residency. The Road Traffic Act states 5yrs, yet Iwyze are saying 1 year. I asked Joseph Tsotetsi why Iwyze took all these premiums yet my policy shows a foreign licence with an SA ID. I cancelled my insurance and I have asked my bank to reverse the latest premium. I want the recording of the day I signed up, I want to take the case further and get all my premiums back as they clearly breached our agreement.
