WORST SERVICE RECEIVED

I added another car to my policy and Iwyze charged more than what they quoted me. I have been following up in order to get my refund however no consultant wants to handle my case. when I call to explain they drop the phone on me. I sent an email to their complaints email address and customer service ,no feedback received. The absolute worst experienced I have had with them.
