Worst service experience: Iwyze have had my car for 5 months
I had an accident in March this year, my car sustained damage of +-R58000. IT IS NOW COMING UP ON THE 5TH MONTH AND I DO NOT HAVE MY CAR BACK.
All I have heard is excuses from the start and when they quickly ran out then i COULD NOT GET FEEDBACK NO MATTER WHAT I TRIED.
They charged premium for all the months yet they still have my car. There is no sense of urgency in anything they do to solve an issue such as the one I have.
I was pushed over to the panel beater Proline in Wynberg. 2 weeks ago they asked me to pick up my car.
All i got there was lip service prior to going to pick it up. my car had mechanical issues and the repair was poorly done, body panels misaligned and scratches from parts reused. The major problem is that there were mechanical issues from what sounded like the suspension from first take off. No one could have test driven my car to make sure it was good to release.
I left the car yet again for repairing and sit currently without my car.
i use my car to see client and this is how earn money and pay my premiums. This was of no concern to management at Iwyze when requesting a courtesy vehicle.
I would have been better off if the car was s****ped looking at how much the wait has cost me and still having to get my work done.
The sales department is good but they cannot deliver when it counts.

Yet again there is another delay with my car... the battery is dead because my car was unattended to for so long... this means Mini could not run a diagnostic on the car.
Just for your information, Iwyze has cost me in excess of R20000 these past months and I still need to pay an excess of R4500.
As an insurer you should not put your client in a financial hole... maybe its just my claim but it's not right what your company has done and continues to do.
