Worst service ever had

I called iwyze on the 19th at around 21:05, and was out through road assistance which I did not get assistance, instead I was told that my insurance last day was on the 18th,

I cancelled the insurance and still within my month notice which is 25th April, however needed assistance I did not get it was told that they can assist however at a cost!

I have a recording of my cancellation for 25th of April and iwyze failed to assist me when I needed help, was stuck in Alexandra at night around 21:00, a woman alone in the car.

I called again today, I was told I’m covered however road assistance does not cover me on their side is cancelled I’m no longer insure with them,

How is that so?

Would like to get feed back on this asap
