Worst Service ever for 3rd party claim

what more can I tell you about the worst service ever experienced, the Lady named Lucrecia Dlamini and her Supervisor, wow. 4 months in my wife is still waiting for 3rd party pay out, car is still sitting at the panel beater ( apparently everything is approved) but we must wait another 30 days for the payment. Old mutual must just shut down their doors and fire everyone. even the 1 star is generous to give
