Worst service ever and looking for the smallest fault not to pay

I am so disappointed in this company called Iwyze😠😡.Been paying since 2016 now that I need them dololo claim declined al because my db Municipal box does not have a surge protector, which they only implemented in their 2022 “terms” all this time since 2016 I never once claimed 🤔. Does anyone ever read the fine print about such things. I feel that if it is a huge change in the terms that will affect your claim process that they should at least make a follow up call to make sure you understand and is clear on what is expected of you as a client, be specific put in red or in the body of the email because not having a surge protector will affect any claim due to loadshedding. I mean most of our daily live we use electronic devices and they are mostly on during the day when we are at work. On claim time got sent from pillar to post and had to call an follow up most of the time, the lady that handled my case was not very helpful, worst service ever. Only for my claim to be declined😡😡😡😡😡
