Worst service ever.

<p>so on the 15th of October, I was involved in an accident and was insured by iwyze.</p> <p> </p> <p>i made a call to them and they arranged tow truck to tow my car, was also told that I can not register a claim but I can do it tommorow the 16th.</p> <p> </p> <p>i called the following day to register a claim and was told they can't help on public day. O had to scream to the manager till they finally registered my claim.</p> <p> </p> <p>My claim was allocated to Fikile Kubu, she never called me till today. I have sent countless emails and made countless calls to their center. They just don't call back.</p> <p> </p> <p>I was told couple of shocking stories along the way, was told that my car was not licensed, was told my car was an uber and no one told me where they got this information from.</p> <p> </p> <p>What I am trying to say is no one seems to know what their doing. I was told claim can be processed in 10 days, we are going for 10 weeks now?</p> <p> </p> <p>I am tired to call and seek update and also ran out of airtime trying to sort this out. Seems no one knows what is customer services at iwyze. </p> <p> </p> <p>I have a be sent an email to Fikile, Lynne, Luzuko to mention a few this week alone and no one had decency to call me back. </p> <p> </p> <p>i promise I will never deal with you again and I will forever share my experience to the world.</p> <p> </p> <p>I think I am going to terminate my life cover with Old Mutual, I cannot deal with people who treat people like this.</p> <p>Not so happy,</p> <p>Claim number :962964</p> <p>Thato</p>
