Worst service delivery - Neo Mashinini= attitude problem

Called in to change vehicle location, was assisted (not really) by Neo Mashinini whom said he would call me back 30minutes again. Next thing I will be advised that my claim is rejected due to not updating details, your service is the worst. Neo on the other has a listening problem, my guy you might work with the policies but if you don’t listen to what I’m asking then how are you going to assist? Idiot…
