WORST POOR SERVICE EVER

I have a car insurance with iWYZE. I have been paying my monthly premiums on time and has never missed a payment not even once, but I’m getting such nonsense service. Today marks a month and a half since my insurance was approved but I still do not have my car back. I took it to automagic in Midrand and they have been doing a spectacular job at updating me but on the other hand iWYZE is just *******. Their representative Kokeletso calls only if I write an email to her but she promised to keep me updated. When I send her an email she just responds with short texts like “Nothing yet” mxm so informal. The panel beaters have sent unseen damages to be authorised by iWYZE so they can complete the repairs but no IWYZE being iWYZE. They still haven’t authorised an today is the 7th day where as their turn around time is 24hrs. This is nonsenses. The representative didn’t even see the need to give me an updates because they were doing absolutely nothing regarding my claim. Only when I sent her an email she has the audacity to tell me that she has been trying to contact the accessor. Today I took an initiative to call and I was told Kokeletso is on a call but a lady assisted and got the accessor on the line with me. The accessor as well told us *******. He said he is still waiting for a go ahead from his bosses. I mean it’s been 7 days already and this was supposed to have been done in 24hrs.
