They will make sure your claim is rejected after a very long time after making your claim and keep on requesting unnecessary documents, they will make sure they find anything possible to reject your claim after wasting your time waiting for their response. It's a money making insurance.They have crazy additional standards, you end up paying excess fee of R20k from R5k. It is not advisable.
