WORST insurer I have EVER had to deal with

I have been trying for over a month now to get someone with even a single brain cell at Iwyze to respond to more than 8 emails regarding ***. I live and work in Mozambique and it is IMPOSSIBLE to get through on the listed call number from outside of South Africa. Will somebody PLEASE respond to me as the vehicle has been at the towing company for over a month and is accruing storage charges and Iwyse refuses to cover the towing and storage costs.
