Worst Insurer Ever!!!

I have been dealing firstly with an extremely *********** assessor KEAGAN SAMUELS! This accident occurred on 10th June 2022. I have had to call him regularly for feedback and each time he has different excuses for why the claim has bot yet been assessed. He went to Rustenburg, then his car was in for a service etc etc etc. I sent NUMEROUS emails, copies of which i have. I have made NUMEROUS calls, each time i get the same answer from him that they are still investigating. In my ignorance, after the accident, i had the car towed to a yard in Wynberg. I have asked my assessor maybe 10 times to remove the car from Wynberg and have the car assessed. Last week, 42 days after the accident, the car was STILL not removed from Wynberg . When i asked my assessor about this, he had no idea where the car was!!! The assessor kept saying he needs to come to our home and speak to my son in person about the events of the accident. TO THIS DAY, 53 DAYS LATER, that has never been done!!! Each time i asked this assessor to let me know what forms or documents are needed from my side so i can forward them to him so as not to delay the claim, he never rep**** by email or calls. After every few days, he sends an email requesting YET ANOTHER form!!! This continued till 2 weeks ago!! A full 40 days from the accident!!! He also asked for my sons ID document which was sent to him the same week of the accident, then he requested it again on 24 June and yet again 2 weeks ago!!! He only started giving me feedback 2 weeks ago when i told him i am reporting him to the OMBUDSMAN, suddenly I received mails nearly every day! Eventually after going through my claim with a fine tooth comb to find ANY TINY REASON they can decline the claim, he checked that my son, was licensed, he checked the restaurant bill from where my son had eaten, he checked if my son was meant to be the regular driver, he checked the hospital report if my son could have had alcohol, he checked his cell phone records to see if he was on the phone at the time of the accident, AND HE COULD FIND ABSOLUTELY NOTHING WRONG ON MY SONS’ PART! He called yesterday to say the claim will not be paid due to my son being slightly over the speed limit!!!!! 62.05km/h!!! Was that a terrible offence that his claim was declined??? The car was worth R700 000!!! I accept its slightly over the limit at a circle but do we all keep to the EXACT speed limit at all times??? My son is a relatively new driver, he will be 22 next month so this is why i have taken out this comprehensive insurance incase of these small mishaps. My son hit a tree and slightly damaged a residents wall. The owner of that property has been calling and texting for me to pay for the repairs of the wall and for 52 days ive been telling him im getting no feedback AT ALL from the insurance company. Now when the assessor does call me, its just to say the claim is declined??? I have COMPREHENSIVE insurance!!! I have made certain i pay extra every month to ensure my son is listed as a regular driver. I have made certain my premiums are paid up and on time, and now when i have to claim, i get told it is declined because of him being slightly over the speed limit??? I would like to advise that i will have no option to take this matter further if not successfully resolved as i am disgusted at the abhorrent conduct of this assessor and the insurance company!
