Worst Insurance provider of all time

I had an accident towards the end of June 2022. Decided to log a claim with my insurance IWYZE. It took me a week to get hold of them. Even after I have managed to get hold of them it’s been a month now waiting for them to tell me where to take my car to for repairs. This is the worst service ever. I regretted having their insurance and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Worst Insurance of all time.
