WORST INSURANCE EVER

This is by far the worst car insurance EVER! I would not advice anyone to insure with them. their customer service does not exist. I claimed last week for windscreen replacement and till today I am given the round around I am still waiting for a so-called Warren to approve my claim, there is zero communication and the call center agents are clue-less. I regret taking insurance with them it horrific. I wonder what would have happened if I was in a life treatening emergency
