WORST INSURANCE!

On the 3rd of September 2020 my family and I got into a car accident. This insurance company (IWYZE) was called and came to help with the towing of the car to the panel beaters.

Today 25 January 2021, the car is still not back. When we call people from IWYZE to find out what is keeping the car so long they all don't seem to care or worry. On the other hand, monthly deductions are being made which are more I still don't understand what has increased! I am very disappointed with the service I got from this insurance. It has clearly shown me that it only cares about money and not the customers!
