Worst insurance company ever.

Iwyze is the worst insurer ever. They increase by excess and premiums. I have been with them for such a long time and never ever claimed from them. I put in a claim for my windscreen (1st time claiming with them) and until this day I have not received any feedback or a new windscreen. I am actively looking for another insurance. And leave this ****ty insurance.And when you call their customer care there’s never a pick up.
