Worst insurance company

Worst customer service ever. I have been claim free for the past few years almost six years to be exact. I lodged a claim on 12/12/2019 for water damage to my roof and ceiling following heavy rain. On 13/12/2019 another storm occurred which resulted in a tree falling on my property. I am still waiting for a response. Iwyze sends me back and forth between the assessor and the company each one blaming the other for delays. It's almost one month and no feedback. I also had my roof, ceilings and electric fence fixed from my pocket in 2019 amounting to a total of almost R100000.
