Worst insurance

I have registered my tyre claim on the 14th of Dec, my claim was approved on the 21st of Dec 2020... but up to this day 26/01/2021 no payment has been made. Been wasting my money calling them it seems like they always busy and they do not bother to phone back as promised. Tyre claim is suppose to be an emergency but not with Iwyze. I have been waiting for the 5- 7 working days which turned out to be over a month.
