Worst experience ever

Its been 3 months without a car. 3 weeks and my car has not even yet been touched,i am the one who always call to find out about the progress. Now the worst thing is having to relocate due to work matters. And ontop of that I'm still paying my monthly premiums which also include the courtesy car that ended in September. The deposit for that courtesy isn't back yet and no one says anything about that too, I'm on my own in that matter of deposit. My biggest problem is how will i manage to relocate without my car,who will fetch it once its done? 3 months is way too much and the worst case scenario is that the car has been standing for 3 weeks without being touched. Now I can't even get hold of the assessor handling the case. Surely with the money spent on airtime,i could have fixed the car on my own. Why am i paying for something that is not in my possession? Why am i paying still for that courtesy car while its trial is over and i still don't have my car yet? Shouldn't that wait until i have my car then it can start again? What will happen if something happens to the car after recieve it? Currently no one knows the status of the car except the panel beater and the service center. Whether its stripped or have other damages than those of my incident. I really feel betrayed by this insurance company.
