Did you know it takes over 4 years for a claim to attended to?

Eventually their assessor went to evaluate the damages about 3 weeks ago, and still no feedback, we keep getting "let me follow up with the assessor".

The claims TL, cuts the call and doesnt call back

The servicing team is worse, they dont return calls or give any feedback.

But they deducting premiums monthly without any issues
