WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM iWYZE
iWYZE has the worst customer service and communication. I have been waiting for feedback regarding my claim from FEZILE MABUDA. I have received no response to my emails. When I try to call, I am put on hold until the call gets cut and never get the opportunity to speak to someone. After this issue I am definitely canceling my contract with Old Mutual iWYZE. It has been very frustrating dealing with iWYZE.

13 Oct 2021, 10:34My vehicle went in for repairs on the 8 June 2021 at Elegant Square Panelbeaters, East London. On 2 September 2021 I received a phone call to collect the vehicle as repairs were done.
The following days as I kept driving the vehicle, I noticed unusual sounds from the vehicle which raised concern to me. A week after collecting the vehicle, I took it back to the panelbeaters and explained my concerns. After “inspecting” it they said there was nothing wrong with the vehicle.
On 21 September 2021 I took my vehicle to Mazda and requested that they look into these issues I had raised with the panelbeaters. Mazda confirmed the following relating to the accident:
•The side shaft boot is torn – impact related damage
•Front wheel bearing noise – braking plate is bent, damaging front discs
iWyze took my vehicle back to those same panelbeaters to rectify and fix these issues. But because I was not happy with the quality of service I had received from the panelbeaters, I then requested iWyze to provide me with a quality assurance assessor to inspect the vehicle and ensure that everything was done accordingly. iWyze agreed to this last week, but today are saying they do not provide assessors and that they rely on the panelbeaters. The very same panelbeater that did not do a good job to begin with. In addition, iWyze is saying I should take the car to my own independent assessor AGAIN, at my own expense. If not, then I should just drive the car and hope that nothing happens as iWyze has expressed that they will only attend to the vehicle should something happens. I guess I first need to get into an accident before they do something.
To say I am disappointed would be an understatement. The treatment I am getting as a paying client is appalling. iWyze has lost me as a client and I will be escalating this matter further.
