Worst communication

Worse Company to take out a Gap cover with. Communication is very bad. I phoned and emailed more then once and still have not received any communication back regarding important changes that I need to make to my profile. Automated email response states 2 working days they will respond, I have had no response and when you phone the lady asks you to email to that same email address that no one response to.
