Worst claims experince ever

I had the worst claims experience ever with them. the staff is ***********. I have lodged a formal complaint with them and they refuse to respond to my emails DO NOT Insure with Iwyze - rather pay the extra to go to another insurer because the hassle of claiming is not worth it
