WORST CLAIM EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!

I had the most horrible experience with IWYZE. I had an attempted theft and damage to my vehicle a few days ago, where the left rear window was completely destroyed and the car wasn't responding to the key (couldn't lock or unlock). I called IWYZE to come tow the car because I couldn't unlock it, they took the car in and I had to constantly request feedback on the progress of my claim but they kept saying they are waiting for me the assessor to assess the vehicle. When I called the Panelbeater where the vehicle was towed to I was told that the assessor indicated by IWYZE is saying they didn't receive an instruction to assess the vehicle. This process took more than a week, just to get an assessment completed. After the assessment report was submitted, the claims consultant indicated that they have to reject the claim because the amount is less than the doubled excess amount( they doubled the excess amount because the incident happened between 23:00 and 05:00, which I didn't understand because they car was parked at the registered address when the incident happened), therefore they have to reject the claim and return the car back to me ASAP because they can't be paying for storage. I requested that they replace the window first before returning the car because my policy document indicates I do have a window glass cover with an excess of R950, then they indicated that I have to submit a new claim for just the window, but in the meantime, the car will be towed back to me, with a broken window and without them even figuring out why the lock system or the remote wasn't working. This has been a traumatizing few days for me because we take up insurance in order to ensure that when something like this happens they will have your back, but the service I received from IWYZE made me reject even choosing them as my insurance company, it literally maximized the amount of stress and anxiety from the whole incident. So now I'm gonna end up having to fix the car myself because why would I wait for another week for the window replacement claim process to rollout just for them to find another excuse not to pay for the replacement while my car doesn't have a window fitted, which will probably expose it to even more incidents and risks. This insurance company is so inconsiderate and doesn't care about its customers
