Worst car insurer

I had a car accident on the 3rd of September 2018 with my Mom's car which we are both covered on the vehicle.... things started smoothly we called iwyze they sent out a tow truck to fetch the car from the accident scene well an accident report was done at the police station and everything seemed pretty normal until after a few weeks were an investigator was sent to assess the car damages but it didn't just end there the investigator went on to my neighborhood and questioning my neighbors about me and my mom and who the regular driver of the vehicle in question is ......he went on to my work place to also question my colleagues about me thats when I received a call from work my manager telling me there's a guy asking personal questions about me and they not comfortable with it...... This is were the trick starts when they start looking for a reason not a pay a claim well to his surprise he couldn't use that to decline the claim because we told the truth about who the regular driver is he then called me a week later so I could explain what transpired on the morning of the accident after that phone call I had to send the investigator all my bank statements just to prove I didn't purchase any alcohol on that day which I did and there's no alcohol transaction you see how these guys are trying to use every trick in the book to decline this claim after a month I was called and told the version of my statement does not make sense therefore an accident specialists will be sent to my accident seen so I can demonstrate exactly how the accident happend I mean why would any good insurance company want to take me back to such a tramuatic experience just to decline a claim well I wanted my car fixed I agreed to that after almost two months after the accident happened the accident specialist went on to the scene alone and concluded that the accident was due to over speeding so they called and demanded my tracker log trip and I refused because I pay the tracker alone for my own benefits not theirs and when I refused to provide them with the tracker log trip my claim was declined.....guys iwyze is the worst insurance ever firstly they are a company that looks for all the ways to decline a claim than pay out one , secondly it took them a month and 3 weeks just to finalize a claim how convenient if you ask anybody and after my claim was declined I was told I had to pay R2500 accident scene towing cost because my claim was declined guys this is the worst insurance company ever our 2018 Toyota Hilux and house was also insured buy them but we cancelling all our policies and want nothing to do with iwyze and old mutual
