Worst car insurance

Iwyze has got to be the worst car insurance. I was involved in car accidents 29 August we put a claim through to them they requested all sorts of documents which we provided to them.The inspector that was assigned to the case was very rude and gave me the worse attitude. 3 weeks they responde that the claim is rejected due to the driver being black listed. Like really iwyze??
