WORST AND PAINFUL EXPEREINCE

Iwyze insurance's service is really bad. I was told that I have to pay additional excess fee of 4500 just because my license is less than 3 years. Mind you I was claiming for the car damage that was caused by a hail storm which is a natural disaster. I guess it had nothing to do with the duration of mi license. Nevertheless, I did say this to them and after agreed to pay the 9000 they asked me to. Till today I am still waiting to be contacted by their penal beater.
