Worst and frustrating service ever

I have been trying to claim a tyre from Iwyze- vaps insurance for the whole week with no help or getting through in anyway! Does this product insurance even exist or is it just a ****?? All my calls get cut, someone finally answered last week and said they'll get someone to call me, no one called me up to date! Please help, I am frustrated, I am so much agitated, worst service I've ever received.

I'll cancel all products with Iwyze and make sure I spread the word of bad service so that people don't fall in to the same trap I fell on!
