Worse service

Hi

I am very upset with how would mutual iwyze conduct their insurance policies. Had an accident and my claim was rejected. Car was towed by other company as I couldn't get hold of pineapple as the insurer because I was ****** at the scene all my belongings including 3 devices. In the morning I register a claim and advised them the whereabout of the car, where it was towed and the promised they will be in contact with that company.

Same company overcharged them storage in the took matter to high court to get letter of demand so that car could be released. While my car was by that towing company, their validator who was handling the case advised me they not gonna carry on with matter and I have to make a point that I make own arrangements to pick my car up.

On the 8 of January I contact towing company and was advised sheriff of court removed the car and the don't know the whereabout of the car. I have tried in numerous occasions to call and all I got was that the person who was handling the case will contact me. No communication from all parties. Till this day I have not received any response nor the whereabout of the car.

I demand the car to be brought ugently
