Worse night Mare Iwyze.

I was involved in an Incident in 25 of Feb 2022, my car was taken to ESP penal Beaters. (till today I still don't have a car 05 of May 2022)

ESP penal Beaters installed and radiator and they fixed a bumper and they called me to fetch the car its ready. on my way home the car started smoking in front.

I called iwyze to complain, Iwyze told me that as per ESP penal beater what am complaining about is not incident related, if I want to prove that what am complaining about it the penal beater`s fault I should tow my car to the dealership (Renault) to get a quotation at my own expense which I did.

Dealership gave me a quotation( stating that ENGINE OVERHEATED DUE TO FAN THAT WAS NOT PLUGGED IN, ENGINE TO BE REPLACE) which I sent to iwyze, I was then Told that ESP penal beaters want to do their own assessment on the car, i have been waiting for feedback since.

Am tired of calling in and asking for feedback.

what ****ed me off is 1. my car is blue and in came back from the Penal beater with Red part (penal beater says they found my car like that which is not true)

2. my car`s engine was full of oil, penal beater told me that my engine is licking oil and i asked why was I not informed about it, you only telling me when you done fixing the car? Penal Beater told me they found it like that which is not true. (pictures they took when my car first arrived in their premises proved that the engine didn't have oil )

its been almost 3 month without a car, as it is I don`t know where is my car, no one is saying anything to me.

the pain of paying for a car which you not driving and continuing to pay for insurance with is treating you like ****.
