WORSE INSURANCE OF THE YEAR IWYZE

My experience has been nothing but unpleasant with Iwyze(household ) , my claim was approved and not only are they paying less than what is due they are cheating me . I insured the laptop for over R30k they want to pay R8k and they claim that i did not produce enough evidence mine while the same laptop had been fixed by them and they paid over R7k to fix it and bow for a ****** laptop they want to pay R8k talk about daylight ******* . These kind of insurance companies are a **** big names and all .

If i was a KAREN none of this would be happening .

It has been an uphill battle since the claim started a lot of back and forth , i remember being asked to pay access while the POLICY SCHEDULE STATED NONE .. THE NEXT ISSUE WAS THE LOCKS THEY CONVINIENTLY FORGOT TO PAY NOW THE LAPTOP I HATE TO SAY IT WORST INSURANCE EVER
