I recently had a break in, my valuables were ******, Luckily i was insured with IWYZE which alone is not the reason for my gratitude, I am writing this to compliment the efficient and informed staff member that assisted me with my claim, Vusi Manane, I literally feel like i did not lift a finger in having my claim processed, he directed every step of the way, he was clear on what was required and what was relevant in each instance, I did not have to be sent from pillar to post as is always the assumption or expectation when it comes to such matters.<br> <br> He is attentive to detail and has a genuine need to service the client , that's why he is an asset to his company.
