When you insured with Iwyze its like you not insured at all so RUN RUN RUN. You will regret this insurance, no peace of mind no empathy

We had 2 insured cars with this insurer. We claimed due to a machanic, not back door, one with an actual company had abandoned our car without letting us know and as a result the car parts was ****** to a point where it was written off. This insurer rejected out claim based on not being able to calculate what damage the machanic or *****s made. The machanic who had the car keys left the car open which can indicate that he was most likely the one who actuality stole the parts. I phoned in to their customer service and was given incorrect email addresses as it all bounced back. I wanted the managers and ceo email address but Ntabiseng misled me and gave the wrong details with intent for me to not get me to the correct people to get my complaint to. IWYZE DOES IT MATTER WHO STOLE OUR PARTS WHO VANDILISED OUR CAR, WE INSURED WITH YOU.
