What a bad bad service 😑

I have Very stressful situation with this insurance,I had accident in my and the car was written off,to date I am still going up and down with this insurance,they requested whole lot of unnecessary documets including bank statement show transactions of the day of accident,the harassment and invation privacy i am getting is unbelievable. they don't even respond emails and they keep on debit my account,I am still paying the car installment because the insurance does not pay out,believe me this people will ruin your life.
