We had a claim with Iwyze

We had a claim with Iwyze. I must say the service is bad even the consultant are not pleasant to speak to, they speak to like they are tired and don't want to assist.. We had a claim registered in January for water damages. 1. The resultant damages from their service provider advised on something different. 2. We were quoted on an incorrect item when we gave the constant the quote that would be similar to what we had she advised to go to the service provider the very same one who quoted incorrect gave an incorrect reason of resultant damages the very same service provider who takes weeks to obtain quotation. We are waiting another week for the finalization of the item another delay it's been a month tackling this whole claim and i must say this claim has been morning but stress. They can never even provider us with an SLA. It's so disappointing the service we get ClaimNumber:***
