Was promised by No claims rewards by Iwyze employee

Sometime last year Miway called to offer me cheaper premiums. I then contacted Iwyze to cancel my policy with them. They offered me R100 off my premium (which reflects on their system). The gentleman asked if I'm aware that I qualify for the reward in February 2018. I GOT EXCITED. Come Feb 2018 I called to enquire when am I getting paid. The agent who assisted me said THERE's NO REWARD. I just want them to find the call to prove I was not lying as a matter of principle
