Was able to get assistance from their consultant submit a claim, however I couldn’t do it myself using their website/whatsapp
Was able to get assistance from their consultant submit a claim, however I couldn’t do it myself using their website/whatsapp. The website was displaying a generic error when I submit and the WhatsApp is not user friendly
