One of my worst experiences ever dealing with such a big brand like iwyze. The service from this company is shocking considering the amount of time they've been in existence for, you would swear the company has just launched a year ago. I regret the day I answered that call when I got offered the policy and promised great service and painless claims process. The abuse is a lot. My claim recently got rejected(rejection reason deserves a review on it's own) when my vehicle was towed back to me ,I was given the wrong key which is super glued and sallotaped. The key is definitely not mine as I gave them a proper key upon car collection when the accident happened. Some car parts were missing on the car. Till today my matter has not been resolved and I'm getting a cold shoulder from them. Duncan Ngcobo and Zandile Mcanyana who are dealing this matter are ignoring me.
