Waiting months for third party claim, no feedback, emails being ignored

It has been seven months since one of iWyze's clients crashed into my car and caused significant damaged, and I am still waiting for my third party claim to be finalized. What is worse, the person who is handling said claim is ignoring every email I sent. I've got all the proof to back this up. They simply couldn't care, months of torment and stress over this and it simply fall on deaf ears.
