WAITING FOR CLAIM VALIDATION FOR 3 WEEKS

Good day. I am very much disappointed with Old Mutual Iwyze insurance. I am still waiting for them to validate my claim. I had a car accident already in March. I have done all the process and submitted what they requested but now i am not getting any joy since they are saying they are waiting for medical report from the hospital. The 10 days that was advertised for claims is not correct as this marks 3 weeks already waiting for resolution from them. The bank will debit my account this coming friday and i dont have a car!!!!! The car was written off and now i dont have anything waiting on them for 3 WEEKS. PLEASE HELP
