Violation of the POPI Act
I received an email from iWYZE this morning entitled "Welcome to wyzeTIMES". The body of the email proudly displays all of my personally-identifiable info such as ID, policy number, residential address, etc. This opens me up to ID theft. I am currently drafting my submission to the ombud and and the Information Regulator as iWYZE is in breach of the POPI Act.
