Very very poor service

I was hijacked with my family while I was on the phone with an iwyze agent as I had a flat tyre. The hijacker shot at me while I was on the phone. The bullet came in through the window and went out and on the passenger side door. The hijacker’s then took over the vehicle and drove it with us inside and damaged it further because it had a flat tyre until they abondoned us on a dark road because the car has a tracker.

I opened a case. I lodged a claim with iwyze on the 16 Monday 2022. They never came back to me to inform me on the status of the claim. I phoned them and enquired and the consultant told me that he doesn’t think the assessor was aware that the report was there. She then told me that the assessor was going to call me within 24 hours and that never happened. Called them again a week later, I was told by the consultant that the assessor was going to call me. I am still waiting for that phone call.

The service is very poor and I don’t even know what to do anymore.
