Very very bad company and their service is bad

I was involved in an accident on the 23 March 2024 where a person hit me at the rear of my vehicle and he is from Iwyze Old Mutual Car Insurance.i phoned Pineapple insurance under Old Mutual Insurance and told me that I need to submit documents and pictures of which I did and since that time I waited for their response until now, no one is saying anything even a respond saying that they'll get back to me or maybe or they stil investigating the matter nothing. I do not know this Car insurance but it's very very bad if someone can help me regarding thus even attorneys or advise ***
