VERY VER BAD SERVICE

Hello guys, its a a big sad and disappointment that i writing this review, i never been stress as i have been today, iwyze employees are the worse one ever in the insurance industry specially PALESA, she is very rude and she doesn't care, and their line manager called RIAAN, i have requesting to speaking to him and he never revert back to me, i always paid my premium and i was bump by a taxi driver and i since the 27/07/2022, i only found out from the APP that my claim was rejected , I never been inform despite all my calling ( 2 to 3 time a day). No one care to call me back. I will never recommend anyone to join this company, I have so much bad review. Please guys if you don't want to die of heart attack don't join this insurance company called iwyze.
